Mike has extensive experience in design and application in specialist lighting, electrical, security, fire services and related fields, commencing in 1978 with an apprenticeship in the electrical trade specialising in the air conditioning controls and fire detection. The desire to provide quality and integrated solutions continues to be a focal point.

A diverse range of project experience includes Commercial & Retail, Residential, Tourism & Hospitality, Civic & Institutional including Tertiary & Secondary facilities, Medical & Imaging, and Complex Controlled Environment Facilities in the data centre, pharmaceutical, clean room and laboratory sectors with design criteria to various Standards such as PC2, PC3, AQIS and TGA.

With a trade background as a foundation, Mike brings practical aspect balance to the process. A demonstrated ability to meet programme and budget requirements and a reputation for quality work has developed lasting associations with clients.

Previous positions include roles with companies such as Lend Lease (where Mike led the technical services review team for the winning bid for the $1.8B Sunshine Coast University Hospital); Technical Advisor for Hutchinson Builders (Emergency Services & Disaster Recovery Centre); Design Practice Manager for D&M Designs (D&M Electrical Contracting); and Multi-discipline Team Leader for companies such as AHW (Qld) and S2F.

Mike Wildeisen was chairman of the Illuminating Engineering Society sub-committee for Sustainable Energy (Residential Development) dealing with Alternative Solutions For Energy Efficient Lighting to meet QDC (Queensland Development Code) Part 29 (Sustainable Buildings) {circa 2009}.

Nic has extensive experience in the areas of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Energy related fields. Having represented Stakeholders, End Users as well as Developers and Contractors has developed a keen understanding of the critical and practical aspects of projects through the feasibility, design and construction phases. In addition, the hands on experience of maintenance, refurbishment and rectification fuels a desire for solutions based in the practical world.

Coupled with a repertoire of diverse projects in Commercial, Retail, Residential, Tourism, Hospitality, Civic & Institutional, Tertiary & Secondary facilities, Medical & Imaging, Heritage, and Complex Controlled Environment Facilities in the data centre, pharmaceutical, clean room and laboratory sectors enables Nic to provide specialist expertise in Technical Peer Reviews, Commercial and Contractual reviews, Energy Performance Design Reviews, NABERS and Green Star.

Nicholas has a Master of Design Sciences (Building Services) with Membership of AIRAH, CIBSE and ASHRAE.

Previous positions include roles with companies such as Lend Lease (where Nick led the Mechanical technical services review team for the winning bid for the $1.8B Sunshine Coast University Hospital); Engineering Design Manager for BSA (formerly Triple M Mechanical) and Services Design Manager / Technical Advisor for Hutchinson Builders.

Notable projects include Sunshine Plaza Redevelopment, Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Gold Coast University Hospital, RNA Showgrounds Redevelopment, but the same skills, care and attention is applied to smaller projects, such as refurbishment of schools, small residential developments and offices, where the emphasis for cost effective solutions is paramount.

Sam’s experience and involvement in the production of drawings and documents, combined with expertise in software such as AutoCAD, CAD Duct, Revit, NavisWorks, Fantech Selection Software, Fans Direct Selection Software, MS Office and MS Project, make Sam an integral member of team. Production of 3-D models of proposed systems has assisted clients to gain an understanding of designs.

Previous experience with firms such as JL Williams provides Sam with valuable understanding gained in practical involvement in the HVAC and associated fields (such a specialist gases reticulation) in a variety of projects including the Health and Defence sectors; and has aided a deep understanding of co-ordination of services.

Sam performs Quality Assurance and Value Engineering checks to maintain a high quality product.

Financial Controller / Office Manager

Paula is responsible for our Financial Health. Her extensive experience in Financial Control and Accounting activities facilitates a seamless operation. Paula is proficient in many software packages including Xero, MYOB (including Account Right and Premier versions), MYOB Powerpay, Sage Handitax and Handiledger, Superstream, MS Excel and MS Word.

Paula’s education includes a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting and a Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) awarded by the University of New England and is a registered BAS Agent and registered Accountant with the TPB (Tax Practitioner’s Board), and a Member of the NTAA.
